Our Work Speaks

Every project tells a story - here's ours, where we've pushed boundaries and turned wild ideas into real spaces people actually love living and working in.

Lakeshore Residence

Lakeshore Residence

Toronto, ON - 2024

A 3,200 sq ft family home that breathes with the seasons. We threw out the rulebook on passive solar design and made something that actually feels like home, not a greenhouse experiment.

Residential
Innovation Hub Downtown

Innovation Hub Downtown

Toronto Financial District - 2023

12-story commercial tower that's got people talking. Zero-carbon operations, vertical gardens that actually work, and workspaces folks don't want to leave at 5pm. That's the vibe we were after.

Commercial
Victorian Revival

Victorian Revival

Cabbagetown, Toronto - 2024

Saved this 1887 beauty from becoming another teardown. Kept the soul, added the smarts - geothermal heating, smart windows, and modern insulation hidden behind those gorgeous original bricks.

Heritage Restoration
Forest Edge Villa

Forest Edge Villa

Muskoka, ON - 2023

Cantilevered design that seems to float among the pines. Our clients wanted to live IN the forest, not just near it. Mission accomplished - every room's got tree-top views and we didn't touch a single mature tree.

Residential
Artisan Marketplace

Artisan Marketplace

Distillery District, Toronto - 2024

Converted warehouse into a buzzing food hall. Exposed beams, reclaimed materials, and natural ventilation that works even on August afternoons. No AC needed, seriously.

Commercial
Tech Startup Workspace

Tech Startup Workspace

King West, Toronto - 2023

Open concept that doesn't feel like you're working in a fishbowl. Acoustic panels disguised as art, flexible spaces, and lighting that adjusts with the day. Productivity went up 30% - they measured.

Interior Design
Waterfront Revitalization

Waterfront Revitalization Plan

Port Credit, Mississauga - 2024

Master plan for 15 acres of underused industrial land. Mixed-use development with public beaches, bike paths, and affordable housing that's actually nice. Real people will live here, not just investment portfolios.

Urban Planning
Laneway Living Project

Laneway Living Project

Trinity Bellwoods, Toronto - 2023

Turned a forgotten garage into a 950 sq ft gem. Rooftop deck, skylight-flooded living space, and energy bills under $50/month. Small footprint, big impact - that's how we roll with urban infill.

Residential
Old Mill Adaptive Reuse

Old Mill Adaptive Reuse

Etobicoke, Toronto - 2024

1920s textile mill transformed into mixed-use live-work lofts. Kept the timber beams, massive windows, and industrial character while sneaking in modern systems. It's history you can touch and tomorrow you can live in.

Heritage Restoration
Boutique Hotel Reimagined

Boutique Hotel Reimagined

Yorkville, Toronto - 2023

42 rooms, each one different. Local materials, custom furniture, and lighting designed around how people actually use hotel rooms. Instagram-worthy? Yeah. But more importantly, guests actually rest here.

Interior Design
Community Learning Centre

Community Learning Centre

Scarborough, Toronto - 2024

Public library meets maker space meets coffee shop. Natural light everywhere, flexible rooms that change by the hour, and a green roof that's become the neighborhood's hangout spot. Community-funded, community-focused.

Commercial
Transit Hub Plaza

Transit Hub Plaza

North York Centre - 2023

Redesigned 30,000 sq ft plaza around the subway entrance. Added trees that'll actually survive, better lighting, heated benches, and pathways that make sense. Now it's where people meet, not just pass through.
